The City of Lincoln Council is looking for two Business Analysts to join its busy Transformation team. These varied and interesting roles will support our ambitious One Council programme, and will reshape and improve how we deliver services to our residents, businesses and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote business change within the Council and its partners to enhance service delivery;- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to streamline and re-engineer business processes and improve our customers’ experience;- Contribute your technical knowledge and skills to a range of project teams, supporting configuration and integration of Council-wide complex ICT solutions; and- Promote our ‘One Council’ approach to improving and delivering services across the city.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and on own initiative- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team- Aptitude for correctly diagnosing and solving problems- Awareness of a range of programming languages- Understanding of the role of business processes and IT in a large organisation
This is a career graded post, and successful candidates will be appointed based on their skills and experience.
